Came across a great tutorial for Illustrator, Create a gang of vector ninjas, and put it to work.  My ninjas are the Cowabunga Girls, because we like ninjutsu too!

Start of a portfolio?

So I have work displayed on this blog’s Portfolio page, but I really need to have my own originally designed portfolio. Using the Design a breath-taking portfolio layout tutorial on Grafpedia, I took a stab at creating something.

My health insurance is changing to something less expensive soon.  Not sure if it will be Blue Cross Blue Shield, but this is still a celebration piece!  Sure the text is a little inaccurate, but let’s consider real estate people.

Illustrating People

So I have this idea about a project that requires me to learn how to illustrate people with vectors. Here’s my first shot at it, thanks to Linda’s Vector/Vexel Art in Photoshop tutorial at YourSite.nu.  If you can figure out who it is, I’m on the right track.
